A Note to future customers of Jon Kent
My husband and I are the happy owners of 2 properties on Anna Maria Island; A Fourplex on Avenue E and a KeyWest style single family on Gulf Drive on Holmes Beach.
We met Jon over 3 years ago and have had him as our Dual agent on our first purchase of the fourplex, as our Selling Agent of our Single family Home and he has just listed our fourplex.
I have been in the Title & Closing business for over 20 years and own a multi state company in New England. '08 Relay for Life

Jon makes a donation of $1232.00, from proceeds of recent real
estate closings, to the American Cancer Society Relay For Life walk on May
31, 2008. The walk was held at Coquina Beach on Anna Maria Island and raised
money for research, education, advocacy and patient service programs.
